New Clinicians
We embrace (and LOVE) our young therapists. If you’re freshly out of school and still working towards your credentialing, there’s a place for you to develop here. If you don't have all the skills, that’s okay. We all have to start somewhere, right? We are more interested in humble, heart-driven people who want to learn than whether you have all the skills. If that’s you, here are a few reasons why you might enjoy working here.

We have a dedicated support and marketing team that works tirelessly to make sure that our clinicians caseloads are full. If you have a client that drops off, we’ll be able to fill it quickly. We currently have a long waitlist.

You’ll have access to experienced, licensed clinician who will oversee your clinical hours and help you develop. Not only that, but you have access to a large group of qualified professionals in a collaborative environment who would love to help you.

As part of our team, you’ll never feel like you’re navigating your caseload alone. We provide help with scheduling, client communications, and any caseload changes. You’ll also be part of our weekly group supervision, where you can connect, collaborate, and continue growing alongside fellow therapists.

Clinical Supervisor
If you love mentoring and want to make a lasting impact, this role is for you! As a Clinical Supervisor, you’ll be a guiding force for younger therapists, helping them grow into confident, skilled clinicians. Your support (whether through individual check-ins or group supervision) doesn’t just shape them, it ripples out to their clients and the community.
Beyond supervision, you’ll have opportunities to lead discussions, share best practices, and contribute to a collaborative learning environment. Whether you’re helping a clinician navigate a tough case, develop new therapeutic skills, or gain confidence in their approach, your insight will make a real difference. You’ll be the steady presence they can turn to, offering guidance, encouragement, and wisdom.
Educator
If you have a passion for teaching, there are so many ways to bring that to life here! You can provide professional education through CEUs, just like our therapist Clair, who created trauma training for therapists outside our organization, or Pam, who recently led a CEU on suicidality for our team—while still seeing clients and leading her own team of leaders within our organization.
You can also make an impact directly in the community through workshops and webinars. Our therapists Shalayne and Bria, for example, have developed couples workshops while managing their own caseloads. Whether through CEUs or community education, we’ll support you in bringing your teaching ideas to life.
Team Manager
If you’re a fully licensed provider, you don’t have to choose between running your own practice and having the support of an established clinic. You can have both. Here, you have the freedom to build and oversee your own team while we handle the operational headaches. You get the best of both worlds: the autonomy to shape your practice and the security of a strong infrastructure backing you up. Here’s what that looks like for you:

You’re in charge. You can build and lead your own team, recruit clinicians you believe in and shape the kind of practice you want. Want to focus solely on leadership? You can step away from seeing clients and earn commission by managing your team. Your team is your caseload.

No need to stress over HR policies, billing, credentialing, marketing, or strategic planning. We handle the business side so you can focus on what matters most—leading and developing your clinicians. You get the freedom of running your practice without the burden of administrative work.

You got into this field to make a difference. As a team leader, your influence extends far beyond your own sessions. With a team of five, you’re indirectly impacting more than 100 clients.

Support Staff
If you love making things run smoothly and want to be part of a team that truly makes a difference, our support staff is the heartbeat of our practice! From intake coordinators who warmly welcome new clients and match them with the right therapist to payroll and billing specialists who ensure everything runs seamlessly, your role is essential. You’ll help keep our clinicians focused on what they do best—caring for their clients—while making sure the business stays strong.
Beyond operations, our marketing and social media teams share mental health resources, educate the community, and help us grow. Every detail you manage helps connect people to the care they need. Without our support team, none of this would be possible—and we’d love to have you be part of it.
