We are a for-profit business doing good. We put generosity into practice by offering reduced fees through our interns, creating free content for our followers, and resisting a scarcity mindset. We also prioritize community-based initiatives through our non-profit arm, Resonate Joy.

  • Our welcoming staff lounge and kitchen provide a comfortable space where you can work quietly or connect with colleagues over coffee, whatever feels right in the moment.

  • Join our virtual book club where we read everything from murder mysteries to biographies. It's a fun way to connect with colleagues over our latest read.

  • Our active referral-sharing thread helps match clients with the right therapist, ensuring both you and your clients find the best fit for meaningful work together.

  • While you maintain your therapeutic independence, you're also part of a smaller team that meets regularly for group supervision and peer support. Our four distinct teams offer the perfect balance of autonomy and connection.
